Title: Using Project Management to Write Competitive Grants and Proposals Workshop: Part Two of Two
Date: Tuesday, 23 July, 2019

Target Audience: Participation is open to those who have completed Part One. Part Two is the final series of this two-part workshop; it is suited for professionals with a solid background in grants and proposal writing. This workshop is ideal for professionals looking to grow and realize their potential in business, nonprofit, education and social services industries.
Workshop ROI: Participants will receive the following from this workshop: (a) a certificate of completion, (b) professional consultation, (c) tacit knowledge growth and strategic analysis, (d) technical best practices, and (e) need-to-know information governing competitive grants and proposals writing, (f) continuing education credit/hours for PMI and other eligible certifying bodies.
Cost Structure: This workshop is valued at $500. For a limited time, this expository workshop is being offered at the following rate:
$100 for Early Bird Registration (ends at 11am on Saturday, 20 July, 2019).
$150 for Registration (any registrations after 11am on Saturday, 20 July, 2019).
About the Presenter: LJ, MPA, PMP, LSSYB is a strategic Project Manager with 15 years of experience in grants and proposal writing for a plethora of domestic and international grants. As seen in the O, The Oprah Magazine and Entrepreneur, LJ is owner and Principal Consultant of Tacit Growth Strategies (“TGS”), LLC, a project management firm that manages a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects. She is the author of “Earned Value Formula Pocket Book and Guide”. LJ serves as Immediate Past President of the Alamo Project Management Institute (Alamo PMI). She also teaches Project Management at UIW.
Eager to share in and grow the profession of proposal and grants writing, LJ endeavors to share best practices and lessons learned with a series of professional development webinars and in-person workshops.
