“ANTIDOTE TO STRESS AT WORK”
• Teach simple, proven practices that can be used to restore focus, improve productivity, and create an energy reserve at the end of the workday.
• Participants will experience several mindfulness based techniques and learn ways to implement these.
• Participants will be lead through several simple yoga poses that can be used later at a desk or workspace.
• Understand the effects of stress both mentally and physically.
• Understand the meaning of mindfulness and it’s proven effectiveness for stress reduction.
